Meet 1-1 Bespoke Coaching client Max 🏊🚴🏃🏽

Max first came to us in May last year with goals to take on 2 Ironman events in 2025, but worried if his knee post surgery (grade 3 lateral meniscus tear) would handle the challenge.

Max jumped on to a 1-1 coaching programme wanting to regain full confidence in his knee and ensure his whole body was functioning at its best (niggle free) going into the Ironman!

Working with Coach Ben, Max has made incredible progress, both across his strength and capacity, so much so he now feels “set up perfectly to smash his goals!”🔥

THIS WEEK INSIDE THE HUB

This week has been excitingly diverse inside the MBP Coaches Education Hub, working across modules and diving into various client case studies. Our Live Webinar also covered all things centred around programming for HYROX, which sparked some great discussion points.

Within yesterday’s 60-minute MBP Office Call [our biweekly support call] we discussed:

▪️Client presentations and movement choices between hip and knee dominant patterns

▪️2 similar case studies around knee pain with consistent onset of pain

▪️A complex shoulder injury that generated incredible input from our coaches, concluding the conversation with an action plan both from an assessment and intervention standpoint

It has been fantastic to welcome more new Coaches to the Hub in 2025 - now a powerful collective of high-level PTs, physiotherapists and run coaches.

Our varied learning formats and diverse areas of content are continuing to ensure every Coach onboard has the tools to level up their service daily.

This isn’t your average PT course, this is a year-round learning resource that guarantees to be RELEVANT, APPLICABLE and VALUABLE to everyone inside.

Meet 1-1 Bespoke Coaching client Lily 🏃🏽‍♀️🇦🇪

Lily has been part of the MBP ecosystem since 2022, transitioning between 1-1 coaching and our group programmes in line with her goals.

In 2022, we supported Lily with her 24 Hours Of Burpees challenge, where she broke the World Record at 21 hours in and finished strong🏆

A few months ago, Lily jumped back on to 1-1 coaching for support with her next incredible feat - running 100km from Abu Dhabi to Dubai.

Working with Coach Ben, Lily absolutely smashed her challenge and we could not be more proud of both her dedication to training and undeniable mindset to conquer whatever she takes on.
